How does Helpling work?
Do you have a one-off cleaning need or do you want to book long-term cleaning services? Helpling makes your life easier! From the mobile app or the website, Helpling offers you all the advantages of digital management of your home cleaning.
Access to your client account and a mobile app allows you to manage everything yourself. You can set the date and time of the cleaning, cancel or postpone a cleaning or add one, and only pay once the job is completed. You can also manage your invoices and tax certificates online, not forgetting the possibility of contacting your cleaner from your customer account to discuss any issues.
Be careful, however, to change the desired cleaning hours at least 72 hours in advance so that the cleaner in charge of you can make arrangements with his or her other clients.
No problem! You can book ironing hours in addition to your regular home cleaning. Many of Helpling’s service providers also have ironing skills! Just mention that you would like ironing done when you book and we will assign you a cleaner who has been trained in ironing techniques.
You can also book ironing without additional cleaning, just mention this when you make your request.
What cleaning service do you need?
The advantage of Helpling is that you can choose between a one-off or occasional cleaning service. It all depends on your needs. You can choose the date, time, frequency and duration of the cleaning! It is therefore the perfect solution for booking and scheduling your home cleaning and/or ironing.
For the first service, it is recommended that you prepare a list of what you need and that you go round your home with your cleaner. This will greatly help your cleaner during the first cleaning.
